Returns
As Imago Leather wholesale and custom manufacture products so we don’t offer any refunds on our products. We send images and videos for approval and then only ship our products. Due to the personalised nature of monogramming, we do not offer returns for monogrammed goods.

Faulty Item?
We stand behind the products we create. If you believe your product has a major manufacturing defect, we apologise, please contact us so we can make it right at enquiries.imago@gmail.com and provide your order number with photos of the suspected issue.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges in any case of major issues on all full priced item within 20 days of receiving your item(s).

To exchange, please email enquiries.imago@gmail.com with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Our team will email you an exchange form to complete and send in with your package.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges on exclusive custom products and we do not reimburse shipping costs.
